Do you offer a trial?
Yes! We do plan to offer a trial. For now, go ahead and register your interest by creating an account and we’ll let you know when you can test it out.
Do you have plans to expand coverage into other regions?
Absolutely. The eventual goal is to have global coverage. This will, of course, be built in time with key partnerships.
What if I don’t see my aircraft?
You may enter your aircraft details manually on the "New Aircraft" page.
Can I have multiple aircraft profiles?
Absolutely! You can add as many aircraft profiles as you want, but this may affect pricing.
What if I don’t see my airport?
Please click the button on the Request for Quote page, send us a link or copy the details of the airport and once verified, we will make sure it’s on the list!
If I have a membership, can I still contact the FBO(s) with questions or unique, special instructions or requests?
Of course! Just like the automation in the cockpit never replaces the crew, we want you to feel empowered to reach out to FBOs if you want that cozy feeling of voice confirmation, have a unique request, etc. As a reminder, before submitting your service/pricing requests, we provide ample room to communicate any of these to the FBO(s). A unique quote ID is generated and upon calling or emailing the FBO(s), giving them this number should help them find your original ticket.

A key point to note is that each trip is unique, and so the crew will need to use their judgement about what’s best for the operation at all times. Our service is here to arm the operator/crew with verified, relevant and timely data so they have the best chance to make informed decisions.
